How do I book my date?
50% of your shoot fee is due at the time of booking in order to hold your date and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due by the beginning of the shoot. Once you have paid your deposit and worked out your details with me, I will send you a confirmation email and calendar invitation. If you believe you booked your shoot but did not receive a confirmation email, please contact me!
What happens if there's bad weather on the day of my shoot?
Bad weather is always a risk. So are illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. I'll always allow you to switch shoot dates, and in certain unavoidable situations such as inclement weather, the re-booking fee will be waived! I urge you to contact me as soon as any situation that will conflict with your booked shoot arises.
How quickly will I get my photos back?
After your shoot, you will receive the digital gallery of your finished photos within one month. However, it is often quicker than that. You will also receive one or more special previews of your photos while I'm still editing your gallery!
How far will you travel to take my photos?
At MKB Photography, I never say never. Though I operate primarily in the greater Cleveland area, I am open to travel. I evaluate every shoot inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so be sure to submit your shoot details and I will let you know if it is doable! You may be responsible for associated travel expenses, but we will work out a travel plan and contract with you before booking.
